Kindness and Thanksgiving

So I know this person. He could be a wonderful, helpful, intelligent person. But he is so full of greed, anger and hate. To watch the way he treats people makes me cry. Not even angry. I feel so bad for him. His attitude is overwhelming and unbearable. It sickens me to see how much the devil has a hold of him. I'm hoping he reads this and instead of letting it roll off his back, I hope it holds him accountable for the way he treats people, the way he views the world. He would be much happier if he could finally accept the gift God has given him and enlighten his spirit and heart.

Ephesians 4:31 Get rid of all bitterness, rage, and anger, brawling and slander, along with every kind of malice. (32) Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as Christ God forgave you.
Ephesians 5: 1 Be imitators of God, therefore, as dearly loved children (2) and live a life of love, just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us a as fragrant offering and sacrifice to God. (3) But among you there must not be even a hint of sexual immorality, or of any kind of impurity, or greed, because these are improper for God's holy people. (4) Nor should there be obscenity, foolish talk or coarse joking, which are out of place, but rather thanksgiving. (5) For of this you can be sure: No immoral, impure or greedy person- such a man is an idolater- has any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God. (6) Let no one deceive you with empty words, for because of such things God's wrath come on those who are disobedient.
Ephesians 5: (part of 14) "Wake up, O sleeper,
                                            rise from the dead,
and Christ will shine on you."
(15) Be very careful, then, how you live- not as unwise but as wise, (16) making the most out of every opportunity, because the days are evil. (17) Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the Lord's will is.
Ephesians 5: 19 Speak to one another with psalms, hymns and spiritual songs. Sing and make music in your heart to the Lord, (20) always giving thanks to God the Father for everything, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

I think it's all pretty self explanatory. Love and be loved. Make the right choices by referring to Jesus. Be thankful not greedy or vengeful. We have so much in life to live for, we shouldn't waste our time being unhappy and empty. And that's what we are without Jesus. We are empty.
